regulations for the use of our services and website. By booking a service or accessing our
website, you agree to the following terms:
- Service Description
SofaGlow Upholstery Cleaning, operating under Marco Town Center Cleaners DBA,
provides professional upholstery cleaning services in Marco Island and Naples, Florida.
Our services include:
- Home Furniture Cleaning: Deep cleaning of sofas, chairs, mattresses, and other
upholstered furniture. - Office Furniture Cleaning: Cleaning of office chairs, meeting room upholstery, and
more. - Vehicle Interior Cleaning: Cleaning of car, truck, and SUV interiors and floor mats.
- Marine Upholstery Cleaning: Professional cleaning for yachts and boats.
- RV Upholstery Cleaning: Cleaning of seating and sleeping areas and floor mats in
RVs.
Using specialized equipment and products, we safely and effectively remove dirt, stains,
odors, and allergens while enhancing the lifespan and beauty of your upholstery.
- Booking and Service Terms
2.1 Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made through our official website, phone, or authorized communication
channels. Once the booking is confirmed, this Agreement becomes binding.
2.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the service) may incur a cancellation fee of
20% of the service fee.
2.3 Pre-Service Preparation
Customers must provide access to the cleaning area and ensure electricity and water
connections are available if necessary.
Customers are responsible for removing fragile or valuable items from the cleaning area.
2.4 Homes with Pets
Customers must ensure pets are kept away from the cleaning area during the cleaning
process.
An additional fee may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, or odors. In such cases, the
customer will be informed beforehand. - Payment Terms
Payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service by cash, credit card,
or other approved methods.
Prices may change without notice; however, the confirmed quotes will remain valid. - Guarantee and Liability
4.1 Service Guarantee
SofaGlow guarantees professional-standard cleaning but does not promise that all stains
will be completely removed or existing damages will be resolved. Limitations will be
communicated to the customer before service starts.
4.2 Damage and Loss
Any damage caused by SofaGlow during the cleaning process will be compensated by
SofaGlow.
Pre-existing conditions such as wear, stains, or damages are documented before service
begins.
Customers are responsible for protecting their personal and valuable items during the
service. - Privacy Policy
SofaGlow respects customer privacy and ensures personal information is kept
confidential.
Collected information is only used for service delivery and communication purposes. - Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this Agreement will first be resolved amicably between the
parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Florida
state courts. - Additional Service Terms
The cleaning products used are guaranteed to be safe for the cleaned fabric or material.
Additional service requests must be approved in writing. - Agreement Validity
This Agreement becomes effective when a customer makes a reservation, and SofaGlow
confirms it. By proceeding with the reservation process, the customer accepts all the
